Located in Kips Bay, New York, this 16-story residential building features a stick-built curtain wall façade with structural glass and vertical fins serving as distinctive architectural elements. The system was engineered and installed by ALU Group to achieve both transparency and depth, emphasizing the building’s refined vertical rhythm. Complementing the main façade, storefront assemblies and glass railings were integrated to maintain visual continuity across the podium and upper levels—creating a unified architectural language that combines elegance, precision, and performance.
